  • 3 cups water, oregon much arsenic needed (may substitute 1 cupful h2o and 1 cupful beverage positive much arsenic needed)
  • 3 tablespoons adust sherry oregon sherry vinegar
  • 3 slices stale/dry state breadstuff oregon ciabatta
  • 1/4 cupful to 1/3 cupful freshly grated Manchego oregon aged pecorino cheese
  • Salt
  • 4 ounces sliced bellota ham, chopped into tiny pieces, for garnish (may substitute different air-cured Spanish ham; spot headnote)
