Ingredients

  • 4 naan oregon flatbreads (store-bought oregon spot related recipe)
  • 1 mean cucumber (7 to 9 ounces), peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tiny reddish chile, stemmed, seeded and minced (1 1/2 teaspoons), divided
  • 1/2 cupful plain low-fat oregon nonfat Greek-style yogurt
  • Fine salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 1 ample lemon, halved, divided
  • Four (6-ounce) skinless salmon fillets, patted adust and chopped crossed into 1/2-inch-thick pieces
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil, positive much arsenic needed
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons tandoori oregon mild curry paste, specified arsenic Patak's
  • 1/2 cupful caller cilantro leaves
