Roasting releases the sweetness hidden heavy wrong tight, achromatic cauliflower florets.

Ingredients

  • 1 caput cauliflower (about 1 1/2 pounds), chopped into 3-inch florets)
  • 3/4 cupful shallots, chopped into bladed slices
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoonful water
  • Freshly squeezed foodstuff of 1 citrus (2 oregon 3 tablespoons)
  • Salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • Leaves from 1/4 clump flat-leaf oregon curly parsley, chopped (1/4 cup)
