Ingredients

For the dressing

  • 1/3 cupful regular oregon low-fat mayonnaise (do not usage nonfat)
  • Freshly squeezed foodstuff from 1/2 citrus (1 tablespoon)
  • 1 tablespoonful reddish vino vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons half-and-half
  • 1/4 cupful freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 1/2 spoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 spoon ail salt
  • 1/8 spoon good oversea salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper

For the salad

  • 3 tiny heads radicchio (cored and outer leaves removed), torn into ample pieces
  • 1/2 tiny reddish onion, chopped into bladed slices (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cupful crumbled Barone Rosso food (see headnote)
