The spirit of cardamom successful these tart and refreshing honey-sweetened plum popsicles is much pronounced aft the substance has been thoroughly chilled.

Ingredients

Servings: 8 Makes scant half-cup popsicles

  • 1 1/2 cups water, divided positive much arsenic needed
  • 4 greenish cardamom pods (may substitute 1/2 spoon crushed cardamom)
  • 1 1/4 pounds plums, preferably damson
  • Granulated sweetener (optional)
  • 1/2 cupful honey
