Similar successful spirit to a lemon-lime sports drink, this beverage provides vitamin C, potassium, a small spot of magnesium and calcium. It is simply a refreshing mode to rehydrate without consuming excessively overmuch sweetener oregon immoderate artificial flavors and colors.
