Ingredients

  • 1 cupful water
  • 1 cupful couscous (to output 2 cups cooked)
  • 1/4 spoon good salt, positive much to taste
  • 10 mean asparagus stalks (woody ends trimmed), chopped into 1/2- to 3/4-inch pieces (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cupful caller oregon frozen peas
  • 1 tiny to mean carrot (2 ounces), chopped into 1/4- to 1/2-inch dice (1/2 cup)
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped caller mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped caller flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 3 tablespoons reddish vino vinegar
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
