  • 1/2 cupful water
  • 6 to 8 radishes, chopped into bladed slices
  • 12 to 16 cipollini onions oregon ample pearl onions (about 1 inch successful diameter), chopped into bladed slices
  • 6 tiny to 8 tiny shallots, chopped crosswise into slices
  • Leaves from 2 oregon 3 sprigs sage sage, minced (about 5 teaspoons)
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper

For serving

  • 1 oregon 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons to 4 tablespoons mourvedre
