This dairy-free smoothie is fragrant with pome pastry spices, and stays heavy for awhile, acknowledgment successful portion to hemp seeds and ripe bananas.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and chopped into chunks
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
  • 4 dried figs, chopped
  • 1/4 cupful shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 spoon crushed cinnamon
  • 1/2 spoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 2 cups unflavored nondairy beverage of your choice
  • Water, arsenic needed (optional)
