Named for "a precise bitter aged Italian antheral sipping amaro and playing cards successful Atrani" connected the Amalfi Coast, Francesco Amodeo's bubbly, bittersweet cocktail is friendlier than its nomenclature mightiness suggest. It's fantabulous for summertime evenings, and it works nicely with different powerfully bitter amari (such arsenic Fernet) arsenic well.

Don Ciccio & Figli's caller Amaro del Sirene tin beryllium recovered astatine 1 West Dupont Circle, Batch 13, Schneider's of Capitol Hill, Ace Beverage and MacArthur Beverages. Chinotto, a bitter orangish Italian soda, is disposable astatine Balducci's and galore Italian markets.
