  • 2 9-ounce packages caller food tortellini (in the refrigerated case)
  • 2 tablespoons to 3 tablespoons oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, with 3 tablespoons of their oil
  • 4 mean shallots
  • 4 mean cloves garlic
  • 4 bunches watercress oregon 8 cups arugula
  • 1/3 cupful conifer nuts
  • 1 15.5-ounce tin cannellini beans
  • 1/2 spoon crushed reddish capsicum flakes
  • 1 cupful low-sodium rootlike broth
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • Freshly grated parmesan food (optional)
