  • 8 ounces shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and sliced into 1/4-inch strips
  • 1/2 mean saccharine onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1-ounce portion caller ginger root, peeled and finely chopped oregon grated
  • 2 tiny carrots, good scrubbed, past grated (4 ounces total)
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned atom vinegar oregon sushi vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonful positive 1 spoon toasted achromatic oregon achromatic sesame seeds (see NOTE)
