This crockery is each astir the dressing: thick, creamy (yet vegan) and brightened by the inclusion of citrus and orangish juices. Ingredients

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 caller tiny reddish chile pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • About 4 ounces greenish beans, trimmed
  • 4 bully handfuls of crockery greens
  • 12 to 18 oven-dried tomatoes (optional)
  • 1 fistful mint, finely shredded (optional)
