  • 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed cinnamon
  • 1/2 spoon crushed cloves
  • 1 spoon cumin seed
  • 1 tiny reddish oregon yellowish bulb (2 oregon 3 ounces)
  • Leaves from 6 to 8 stems cilantro
  • 1-inch portion caller ginger root
  • 1 mean clove garlic
  • 1 tiny greenish chili pepper
  • 1 3/4 pounds to 2 pounds boneless, skinless chickenhearted (preferably a substance of airy and acheronian meat)
  • Generous pinch kosher salt
  • 1/4 spoon freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 1 ample egg
  • 1/4 cupful plain dried breadcrumbs (may substitute 1/3 cupful packed caller breadstuff crumbs)
