This pilaf would beryllium a fantastic summation to the Thanksgiving table. With chaotic rice, pumpkin and onions each sweetened with maple syrup, the crockery is filled with flavors and ingredients that are distinctly American.

If sweetener (small) pumpkins are unavailable, butternut squash tin beryllium substituted.

Ingredients
