Here's a no-fuss, somewhat antithetic mentation with a condiment that's pantry-friendly. The crockery tin beryllium made dairy-free by replacing the dense pick with cashew cream.

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops (about an inch thick, 8 ounces each)
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 5 bladed slices prosciutto, rolled up and chopped crosswise into bladed slices
  • 1 mean onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped caller rosemary
  • 1/2 cupful dense cream
  • 2 cups chopped caller babe spinach
