This stir-fry takes the beloved flavors of wonton crockery and reinvents it arsenic a noodle dish, nary stuffing and shaping dumplings required. When cooking the wonton strips, the larger/wider the pot, the easier it volition beryllium to support the them from sticking together. Serve with steamed oregon sautéed babe bok choy.

Ingredients

  • 1 serrano chile, thinly sliced and, if desired, seeded for little heat
  • 2 limes, chopped into wedges
