The superb colour matches the vibrant spirit successful this delightfully easy-to-make frozen treat. Tarragon lends an absorbing undertone, and the yogurt and citrus foodstuff equilibrium the sweetness of the roasted plums.

  • 1 1/2 pounds (10 to 15 tiny oregon 6 to 8 large) plums, chopped successful half, pit near intact
  • 14 tablespoons elemental syrup (see NOTE)
  • 2 sprigs to 3 sprigs tarragon, oregon much arsenic needed
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed citrus foodstuff (from 1/2 mean lemon)
  • 1/2 cupful lowfat vanilla-flavored yogurt
