A classical operation of pecans, celery and grapes.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds boneless, skinless chickenhearted bosom halves, patted dry
  • 3 cups no-salt-added chickenhearted broth, heated to astir boiling
  • 1 lb seedless greenish grapes, immoderate chopped successful half
  • 1 1/2 cups pecan halves, toasted (see NOTE)
  • 1 cupful diced celery
  • 1 cupful chopped caller dill, positive a fewer sprigs for garnish
  • 1 cupful regular oregon low-fat sour pick (do not usage nonfat)
  • 1 1/4 cups regular oregon low-fat mayonnaise (do not usage nonfat)
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 2 bunches watercress (optional)
