  • 2 cups uncooked maize kernels (from astir 4 ears)
  • 1 tablespoonful flour
  • 1 tablespoonful sugar
  • 1 spoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 spoon freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 1 cupful ovum substitute
  • 1 tablespoonful reduced-fat food oregon food substitute, melted
  • 1 cupful nonfat evaporated milk
