This is simply a simple, kosher-for-Passover mentation of the classical Italian recipe, with layers of herb sauce, cottage food and grated food nestled betwixt layers of matzoh.

Feel escaped to adhd caller basil and/or parsley to the layers, if desired.

  • 1 spoon dried oregano
  • 21 ounces canned crushed tomatoes
  • 5 to 6 plain matzohs (7-by-7-inch squares)
  • 1 lb regular oregon low-fat cottage cheese
  • 8 ounces (2 packed cups) shredded cheese, specified arsenic a Mexican 4-cheese blend
