  • 1 mean clove garlic, crushed
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 tablespoonful olive oil
  • 1/4 spoon freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 1/4 spoon crushed reddish capsicum flakes
  • 1/2 spoon oversea salt
  • 2 cups mango, peeled and diced (1/4-inch) (use a fresh, greenish oregon half-ripe variety)
  • 1 cupful reddish grapes, each chopped successful half
  • 1 cupful greenish grapes, each chopped successful half
  • 1 cupful diced celery, (1/4-inch)
  • 1 cupful saccharine achromatic onion, diced
