Unlike galore of the low-fat versions we tested, this macaroni and food had existent spirit and was not overly adust erstwhile reheated.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons airy food oregon food substitute
  • 1 ample scallion, achromatic and light-green parts, thinly sliced crosswise
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 spoon adust mustard
  • 1/2 spoon blistery capsicum sauce
  • 1/2 spoon brackish (optional)
  • 2 cups nonfat milk
  • 1 cupful (4 ounces) shredded low-fat crisp cheddar cheese
  • Sweet paprika
