Ingredients

  • 6 ounces dried atom noodles
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 1/2 spoon crushed reddish capsicum flakes
  • 4 cups packed caller legume sprouts
  • 3 oregon 4 scallions, greenish parts, slivered oregon chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 3 tablespoons crushed, unsalted roasted peanuts oregon cashews, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving
