  • Leaves from 3 ample sprigs marjoram oregon oregano
  • 1 cupful adust reddish wine, specified arsenic pinot noir
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • One 28-ounce tin full tomatoes and juice, crushed
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish
