The classical mode to service these tender, bladed crepes is with a smear of apricot jam and sprinklings of sweetener and crushed walnuts. But tons of Hungarians rotation them up with yogurt and effect inside.

The batter needs to beryllium refrigerated overnight.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk, oregon much arsenic needed
  • 2 ample eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • Melted unsalted butter, for cooking
  • Apricot jam, for garnish
  • Crushed walnuts, for garnish
  • Confectioners' sugar, for garnish
