This herb-infused chickenhearted features the robust flavors of autumn and is cleanable to service to company. Serve with creamy mashed potatoes and tender greenish beans.

Ingredients

  • 1 mean apple, cored and coarsely chopped, positive 2 ample apples
  • 1 tiny onion, coarsely chopped
  • 12 cloves to 14 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoonful chopped rosemary *
  • 1 tablespoonful chopped sage *
  • 1 tablespoonful chopped thyme *

  • 2 teaspoons coarse salt
  • 1 tablespoonful extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoonful Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 spoon cracked achromatic peppercorns (may substitute mixed white, green, pinkish and achromatic peppercorns)
  • 1 cupful pome cider
