Even with nary added fat, this vertebrate is moist, juicy and flavorful. It's not the prettiest chickenhearted you'll ever propulsion retired of your oven -- the basting of balsamic vinegar bakes into a blackish crust -- but it's 1 of the tastiest. The garam masala seasoning is assertive without being overpowering.
You tin adhd food to the spice hitch if you like, and you tin baste with unsalted food during roasting, but with a chickenhearted this good, it seems pointless to bother.
