  • 1 spoon smoked Spanish paprika (pimenton)
  • 2 ample eggs, beaten
  • 15 ounces cooked oregon canned no-salt-added achromatic beans (if utilizing canned, rinse and drain them)
  • 1/2 onion, finely diced
  • 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed lipid oregon rootlike oil, positive much for the pan
  • 1 spoon pome cider vinegar
  • 1 cupful chromatic mustard
  • 2 chipotle peppers successful adobo, finely chopped
  • 1 cupful whole-wheat flour, positive much for dusting
  • Sea salt
