  • 1 tablespoonful honey
  • 1 tablespoonful Dijon-style mustard
  • Freshly squeezed foodstuff from 1 citrus (at slightest 2 tablespoons)
  • 1/3 cupful grapeseed oregon maize oil
  • 1/3 cupful extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 spoon salt
  • 1/4 spoon freshly crushed achromatic pepper

For the salad

  • 1 caput (5 ounces) Belgian endive, leaves chopped crosswise into ample pieces
  • 1 caput (7 ounces) radicchio (outer leaves removed), cored, past chopped into chunks
  • 1/4 lb thinly sliced state ham oregon prosciutto
  • 2 mean Gala apples (14 ounces total), cored, past chopped into chunks oregon bladed slices
  • 1/4 lb crisp farmhouse cheddar, chopped into bladed slices
  • 1/4 cupful loosely packed flat-leaf parsley leaves (from 5 stems)
  • Salt
  • Freshly crushed achromatic pepper
