After months of ineligible twists and turns, a captious resentencing proceeding for Erik and Lyle Menendez is acceptable to instrumentality spot Thursday with the brothers appearing virtually from prison. In a last-minute wrinkle, however, the Los Angeles territory lawyer filed a question asking the justice to postpone the proceedings again, saying they request to reappraisal caller hazard assessments precocious completed by the California parole board.
