  • 2 chickenhearted bouillon cubes
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 tablespoonful ail powder
  • 1 ample clove garlic, chopped into bladed slices
  • 1 mean onion, chopped into quarters
  • 1 ample rib celery, finely chopped
  • 1 lb cooked smoked andouille, specified arsenic Hillshire Farm brand, chopped crosswise into bladed slices and past into half-moons
  • 8 cups to 10 cups cooked long-grain achromatic rice
