In this better-for-you chili, thin crushed beef oregon turkey is cooked with tomatoes and a medley of warming spices for comforting texture and savory-sweet flavor.   • One (28-ounce) tin no-salt-added crushed tomatoes, positive their juices

  • 1 tablespoonful unsulfured molasses
  • 1 spaghetti squash (about 3 pounds)
