This is simply a grown-up's cookie: not excessively sweet, and dusky with crunchy bits of cacao nibs.

STORE: In an airtight instrumentality for up to 1 week. The dough tin beryllium refrigerated, good wrapped, for up to 1 week oregon frozen for up to 2 months.
