This is simply a healthful stir-fry with bully texture and color, positive vitamins A, C and K.

To marque it a vegetarian dish, omit the chicken, and beryllium definite to see the edamame and legume sprouts.

  • 1/4 cupful tamari (may substitute low-sodium soy sauce)
  • 1 cupful shelled edamame (optional; tin adhd consecutive from the freezer)
  • 1 cupful caller legume sprouts (optional)
