As stir-fries go, this is simply a hearty one, with plentifulness of textures but little chopping and slicing than usual.

  • 1 spoon cornstarch (may substitute arrowroot)
  • 1/2 cupful (about 2 1/2 ounces) roasted cashews (salted oregon unsalted)
