This elemental look uses beer, rosemary and ail to infuse heavy spirit into portobello mushrooms. Feel escaped to substitute different herbs; thyme is different classical with mushrooms. You tin besides experimentation with different types of mushrooms and different libations, including vino and bourbon.

The roasted mushrooms tin beryllium refrigerated for up to 1 week.

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
