This low-sugar cooky gets its sanction from the pistillate who created it: the parent of a person of cookbook writer Sally Sampson. It has a beardown butterscotch flavor; you could substitute nuts oregon dried effect for the butterscotch chips and person a wholly different-tasting cookie.
